By enrolling as a member and accessing our benefit programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll or use our services. These Terms apply to all members and users of the Shield Core Protection website and membership programs.

2. Description of Services

Shield Core Protection provides access to a suite of member benefit programs including:

• Free Legal Services — access to a nationwide network of plan attorneys
• Right to Bear Defense Legal Support — legal assistance for self-defense matters
• Financial Education — consultations and educational resources
• Identity Theft Restoration — comprehensive identity recovery services
• LifeEvents™ Telephonic Counseling — 24/7 behavioral health counseling
• Remote Tech Support — 24/7 certified technical assistance

These benefits are provided through a network of contracted third-party service providers. Shield Core Protection facilitates access to these services but is not itself the direct provider of legal, financial, counseling, or technical services.

3. Membership and Payment

• Trial Period: New members may enroll in a 14-day trial for a one-time fee of $3.50.
• Monthly Membership: After the trial period, membership renews automatically at $45.95 per month.
• Payment is due on a recurring monthly basis from the date your trial converts to a full membership.
• By enrolling, you authorize Shield Core Protection to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service team by phone, email, or mail. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your membership credentials
• Use the benefit programs for lawful personal purposes only
• Not share membership access with non-members
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your membership

6. No Legal or Professional Advice

Shield Core Protection is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. All services are delivered by independent third-party professionals. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shield Core Protection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of membership services. Our total liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the most recent 30-day billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Shield Core Protection and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Security Policy. By enrolling as a member, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in those policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
