Refund Policy

Shield Core Protection offers member benefit programs on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. By enrolling as a member, you agree to the terms described below.

14-Day Trial Period

New members may access the full suite of Shield Core Protection member benefits during a 14-day trial period for a one-time fee of $3.50.

• The $3.50 trial fee is non-refundable.
• If you cancel your membership before the end of the 14-day trial period, your membership will not convert to a monthly subscription and you will not be charged the monthly rate.
• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your membership will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate of $45.95.

Monthly Membership

After the trial period, membership is billed at $45.95 per month.

• Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No partial-month refunds are issued.
• There are no cancellation fees.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Technical errors that prevented access to member benefits during a paid period

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the charge in question.

Shield Core Protection reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of membership services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
