Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Shield Core Protection membership at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments. This policy explains exactly how cancellation works and what you can expect after you submit your request.

How to Cancel

Submit your cancellation request through any of the following methods. Please include your full name, phone number, and the email address on file with your account.

Trial Period Cancellation

If you cancel during your 14-day trial period:

• No monthly membership fee will be charged.
• The $3.50 trial fee is non-refundable.
• Your benefit access will remain active through the end of the 14-day trial period.

Monthly Membership Cancellation

If you cancel after your trial has converted to a monthly membership:

• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will retain full access to all membership benefits through the end of the current paid period.
• No partial-month refunds are issued.
• There are no cancellation fees of any kind.
• Future monthly charges will stop immediately upon confirmation of your cancellation.

Confirmation

Upon receipt and processing of your cancellation request, you will receive a written confirmation via email within 1–2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within that timeframe, please contact us to verify your request was received.

Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your membership after cancellation, contact our Customer Service Line. Former members may re-enroll at the current membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation.
