Shield Core Protection provides membership benefit programs that are entirely digital and service-based. There are no physical products to ship or deliver. This policy explains how you access and receive your member benefits after enrolling.
Immediate Access Upon Enrollment
Upon successful payment and enrollment, your membership is activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during registration, which will include instructions on how to access your benefits and your Customer Service Line information.

Contact our Customer Service Line to be referred to a plan attorney in your area based on your language preference, legal matter, and location. Initial consultations are available with no time limit.

Access financial education resources and consultant referrals through our Customer Service Line. Advisors are available to connect you with qualified financial professionals in your network.
Identity Theft Restoration
In the event of identity theft, contact our Customer Service Line to initiate restoration services. A dedicated case manager will be assigned to guide you through the recovery process.
LifeEvents™ Telephonic Counseling
Licensed counselors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our Customer Service Line. During your initial call, a counselor will assess your needs and coordinate an appropriate level of support.
Remote Tech Support
Contact our Customer Service Line to be connected with a certified technician for remote assistance. Technicians are available 24/7 to diagnose and resolve your technology issues.

- Identity Theft Restoration case managers are available to initiate services on your behalf promptly upon contact.
